The Medieval Banquet in London is hosting a special event to celebrate St Patrick's Day on 17th March 2010.King Henry VIII will present an evening of fun and revelry with just a touch of Irish charm.
The vaulted chambers of the Medieval Banquet will be transformed into an emerald hall with an Irish ceili band playing you back into the Tudor period!
The Ale will flow by the flagon as dancing wenches serve up a four course menu of traditional Irish fare with unlimited ale and wine throughout the show.
Featuring a broadsword battle by noble knights and beautiful handmaidens serenading you with songs of Ireland, King Henry will celebrate our neighbouring isle in royal style at the Medieval Banquet in St Katherine Docks London.
Menu (vegetarian menu is available on request and most special dietary requirements are catered for):
* A selection of smoked and cured meats served with a garden salad.
* A soup made with a daily selection of vegetables, cream splash and home made croutons.
* Traditional Irish Lamb Stew with potatoes, onions, barley.
Seasoned with fresh parsley and chopped thyme.
* Served with Irish Soda bread
* Apple Pie
