CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANTS – Hewlett Packard, Newcastle

Skills & Experience Required
- Bi-lingual Language skills:- NORWEGIAN and English
- Spoken and written language skills to native standard (including business correspondence)
- Experience of Windows 2000, specifically Word & Excel.
Day-to-day Duties
- Working in an inbound call centre supporting enquiries regarding well known brands
- Handling native language customer calls and correspondence in the form of letters, emails and faxes
- Problem-solving and reacting to customer situations in a professional, polite and clear manner
- Demonstrating a positive attitude, professionalism, initiative, and flexibility in performing daily job functions
