Hello from the U.S.A to Cowes!
Have you ever wanted to go racing? This could be your chance...
My name is Marilyn DeMartini and I am the marketing director for Outerlimits Powerboats (http://www.outerlimitspowerboats.com), the American entry to the Powerboat P1 World Championship Races that will visit Cowes August 24-26 for the British Grand Prix of the Sea:
http://www.powerboatp1.com
The Lucas Oil Outerlimits Racing Team would like to invite 6-8 lovely
ladies to join our prestigious team as hospitality representatives
during our stay. In addition to the experience of a lifetime, we will
provide an array of fashionable race apparel, complete with a red,
white and blue umbrella which all hostesses will carry, setting them
apart from the crowd and identifying them as part of the Lucas Oil
Outerlimits team. We believe those umbrellas will come in handy,
shielding from the sun and any possible showers! They can also double
as clever canes for any strutting or dancing the hostesses may want to
organize! Availability for news media photo, TV and video shots will
be expected. Being a part of an offshore racing team is an exciting
opportunity and though we will not pay a salary, we believe the
experience will prove rewarding and a great deal of fun for all who
participate!
Powerboat P1 has its own models and the Lucas Oil Outerlimits Team
would like to show that it too, has woman power!
Food, drink, transportation and other pertinent expenses will be
provided, but due to the constraints on accommodations in Cowes, we
will ask that hostesses commute to the race site each day,
Friday-Sunday, being in the race dry pits, race viewing and
hospitality areas, from late morning through the evenings, including
the promotional parties that will take place Friday and Saturday
nights. Shorts, camisoles and T?s will be provided but for the
evening events, hostesses may want to bring their own skirts or dress
slacks. High heels are preferred for all functions. Heeled sandals
and fashionable shoes can be worn in the race pits. Racing is a
glamour sport, so we would like our hostesses to look and dress the
part!
Please email your questions, qualifications, a photo and availability to:
dmartiniup@comcast.net.
I look forward to your response and hopefully, to meeting you in Cowes in August!
Best always,
Marilyn DeMartini
