Chelsea Flower Show 2008

The photos below were taken at the 2008 Chelsea Flower Show (Tue 20 - Sat 24 May 2008)

This world-famous garden and flower show takes place each May in Chelsea (south-west London). Tickets must be bought in advance. Royalty and celebrities attend a special preview on Monday. The first two days (Tuesday and Wednesday) are for members of the Royal Horticultural Society (or their guests). The other days are open to everyone.

Gardens at Chelsea are judged by experts from the RHS (Royal Horticultural Society). The best are awarded a gold medal, below which are the silver gilt, then silver, and then bronze medals.
